The KCBS competition will take place on Friday and Saturday, September 22nd, and 23rd, with the “Ribfest” competition to take place on Saturday, September 23rd. Amateur events will take place on Sunday, September 24th. The KCBS competition will be a four-meat competition, the teams will be cooking 4 meats, Pork ribs, Beef Brisket, Chicken, and Pork Butt.
